Please include the details in your email:
- Your goal
- The expected turnaround time
- Source and target language
- Attach the document
- Method of delivery
* All documents will be kept confidential.
* Records shall be retained for a period of not less than 7 years for compliance purposes.
* Documents related to unsuccessful transactions will be securely destroyed within 7 days.
* The quotation is valid for acceptance for a period of 1 month.

Payment
Once the quotation is accepted, we will email back with the official invoice.
Bank transfers and the deposit of cheques are accepted.
Please provide proof of payment.
*An official receipt will be issued upon the completion of the service.
03.
Commencement of service
We will initiate the service immediately once the payment has been made.
04.
Completion of service
We will return the completed documents/ perform the service within the turnaround time specified in the quotation.
